职位描述：

-根据公司的产品属性和目标消费人群开展针对性的媒体分析评估，选择有效的广告投放渠道，促进销售业绩增长

-根据预算和销售目标制定广告投放的策略和计划；制定网络广告投放的工作流程和工作规范

-广告数据分析，对所有广告投放活动(包括SEM、广告联盟、硬性广告、SNS等)进行数据分析，及时提供数据报告，准确评估并指导整体媒体效果优化，以便管理者调整投放策略和执行节奏，保证投放效益最大化

要求：

-2-4年广告公司网络广告投放(硬广为主)的客户工作经验

-熟悉网络硬广业务执行的流程和具体执行工作，如设计、制作执行排期、管控监控实际硬广投放、以及后续监播广告等

-具有一定的投放分析能力，掌握如广告曝光数、点击数、CPC、CPM、CTR的基本知识和应用能力

-具有网络广告策划经验者优先
