Administration:
- Handle any reservation issues, i.e.hotel,flight, etc
- Handle daily administration job, i.e. prepare agenda, booking, pick up the phone, take care of fax, post, printer, etc;
- Management of office at daily, take care the office cleaning and orderliness; keep the office furnitures, equipments,etc works and ready for daily using;
- Collect & submit the documents: absentee list, annual vacation list, time report, absent/ vacation application. travel application, etc
- Take care of company cars daily using with following the rules;
- Take over the duty & rules appointed in Employee Handbooks;
- Support the colleagues from oversea headquarter,
- Secretary of GM, support for sales & management;
- Translation in speaking and words acc. to necessary;
- Other correlative job which distributed by superior.
Purchasing Assistant:
- Check supplier's documents (eg.invoice,deliver note...) according to EFTEC purchase record and make summary list;
- Arrange payment voucher for on due invoices;
- Collect demand (Stationary...administrative) from departments, contact defined suppliers and book into summary list timely;
