职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead equipment engineering team, define training needs and training plan, improve overall technical capability;
2. Plan and execute TPM to upkeep the optimum equipment condition and maximize the efficiency and productivity;
3. Think out-of-box and initiate innovative solution to improve existing equipment service life, throughput, down time performance and maintenance cost;
4. Search and identify low cost manufacturing equipment solution in the market, qualify and adopt to lower TCOO and manufacturing cost;
5. Keep track the equipment development trend in the market, and define equipment strategy for the site.
Requirements:
1. More than 10 years equipment engineering work experiences in a sizable EMS environment, of which at least 3-5 years in managerial level;
2. Sound knowledge and hands on experience on typical SMT equipment, prefer on Fuji and/or SiPlace;
3. Degree in electrical & mechanical engineering or automation engineering;
