职位描述：
JOD RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To maintain IT daily operation running smooth.
    维护资讯部的日常管理工作及运作。
2. PC configuration for new hire or upon request.
    新入职员工或根据申请单的个人电脑的配置。
3. Back up documents for departure staff or upon request.
    为离职员工或根据申请单进行资料备份。
4. To setup and maintain phone system and mail server.
    安装及维护电话系统和邮件服务器。
5. To provide IT Support to users, such as solved the hardware and software problem of PC & Mac, install software, telephone fault, PABX & network & printer & CCTV & VC maintenance.
    提供信息技术支持给各用户，例如解决维护以下问题：电脑的硬件及软件/安装软件/电话故障/程控交换机/网络/打印机/闭路电视/视频会议。
6. Conduct IT related training to internal staff in regular base.
    给公司员工进行资讯部常规基础的相关培训。
7. Assist manager to follow up office renovation, include the network cable & CCTV & attendance card system.
    协助经理跟进办公室的相关工作，包括网络电缆、闭路电视及门禁系统。
8. IT asset purchase and warranty renewal.
    信息技术固定资产的购买及保修更新。
9. Provide IT support to visitors.
    为访客提供信息技术支持。
10. Conduct daily back up for server.
      为服务器进行日常备份。
11. Any other duties assigned by the superior.
      其他上级分配的任务。

QUALIFICATIONS
1. College degree or above.
    大专或以上学历。
2. 5 years related working experience in MNC.
    五年的相关跨国企业工作经验。
3. Familiar with Windows system, MS office and networking products (e.g. router and switch, VPN, MPLS, Cisco Router etc.), familiar with SAP system is preferred.
    熟练操作Windows系统，办公软件及网络产品，如路由器和交换机、VPN、MPLS、Cisco Router等，会操作SAP系统者优先。
4. Familiar with firewall, local area network construction, security network products and maintenance. Has a deeper understanding of principle of network security.
    熟悉防火墙，局域网组建，安全网络产品及维护，对网络安全原理有较深的认识。
5. Can operate telephone system program, and install the phone according to company requirements.
    能独立操作电话系统程序，并根据公司需求安装电话。
6. Has the experience to setup and maintain all kinds of servers.
    具备搭建及维护各类服务器的经验。
7. Familiar with CCTV and telephone system operation.
    熟悉监视系统及电话系统的运作。
8. Can handle breakdown of computers and other equipment.
    能迅速处理电脑及周边设备的各类故障。
9. Has a good service attitude and team work spirits.
    拥有良好的服务态度及团队协作精神。
10. Good writing and reading English.
      良好的英语读写能力。
11. Good communication skill, honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility.
