岗位职责:

Located primarily in Weifang,as an English Coaching Goertek, you will work as a core member of the Goertek English Coaching Program (theGECP).Our mission and vision is to grow our company’s degree of globalization as well as internationalization,creating an atmosphere of cultural sensitivity and awareness, along with linguistic competency and capability.The GECP has a tremendously bright future within Goertek ,as do its team members.
Specifically, each English Coach within the GECP has the following job responsibilities:
1. Providing VIP English coaching to key Goertek employees, aiding their individual growth and mastery of key linguistic and culture-based skills,competencies and capacities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
a. Working with team members in completing Needs Analysis’s/Linguistic Audits,
b.Designing appropriate and effective course content for individual VIP’s,
c. Aiding in measuring, evaluating and continuously improving the GECP’s VIP
services,
d.Building, maintaining and growing key relationships with select VIP clients within
Goertek, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism to better meet their
needs.
2.Providinggroup-based English training to select Goertek employees, aiding their growth and mastery ofkey linguistic and culture-based skills, competencies and capacities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
a. Working with team members in completing Needs Analysis’s/LinguisticAudits,
b.Designing appropriate and effective course content for different groups, teams and departments,
c. Aiding in measuring, evaluating and continuously improving the GECP’s
group-training services to select Goertek employees.
3.Providing English /Western-based;parties,events and activities to promote the
international learning atmosphere and culture within Goertek. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
a. Aiding in the creation,design,preparation,execution and evaluation of key GECP
events,parties and activities,such as Thanksgiving,Halloween and Christmas
parties/events.
4.Aid in some translation-based work for key materials and documents.Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
a. Aiding in translating and editing some Emails,PPT Presentations,Reports and
other Goertek Documents,preparing them forourwesternclient’sviewing.

任职资格:

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3years teaching experience
2.BA degree or higher
3.TEFL teaching certificate or higher
4.Native English Speakers(US,CA,UK,AU)
5.Clean criminal background check
Strong candidates shall have:
1. A minimum of 1year of Business English teaching/coaching
2.Both group-based and VIP English teaching experience
3.Strong training background,with a mind for conducting Needs Analysis,course and curriculum design,measuring,evaluation and refinement of training program/content
4.Experience working in multilingual and multicultural teams
5.A desire to grow and advance their teaching/training career within a corporate business environment
6.Wish to have the opportunity to use their creativity,innovation and strength stobring meaning and effect enormous positive change to the lives of many wondrous and hardworkingin dividuals
