职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Demand – Supply planning and Change: efficient and sufficient daily communications with oversea countries also internal/external counter part eg. Project Management, Quality Assurance and Suppliers.
*Supplier/Co-packers' management: Manage the co-packers to meet RB performance requirement with timely communication and feedback, clear production and shipment instruction.
*Shipping management: weekly shipment reports by SKU for individual customer by gathering detail from suppliers.
*Production capacity and ramp up schedule for critical items: over see global Supply/Demand analysis and front see any supply issue and report to manager.
*Inventory and liability control: Inventory report in suppliers and control inventory to avoid potential write-off.
*Cost control: precise/proactive production management to avoid airfreight.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
*The incumbent will have at least 3 years of manufacture management experience, preferably in a fast moving product manufacturing environment.
*The incumbent must have well-developed analytical abilities, production knowledge, communication skill, team work and must have the ability to develop relationships in a collaborative manner internally and externally. This individual must be a high-energy and results oriented individual that has the presence to positively influence the business.
*Proficient working knowledge of labor intensive manufacturing product and FMCG industry
*Proficient analytical skill and provide recommendation to management. Has to be numeral sensitive
*Basic understanding of supply chain process & system
