该职位归属于业务发展部分支部门，需要配合销售积极向客户推广我们的技术产品，促进UPS客户的技术使用率，技术产品包括所有的UPS技术解决方案，例如UPS.com，UPS Worldship, UPS Shipping, CampusShip, Tradeability, Quantum View, E-billing等等。

职位职责：
1.在同销售拜访客户的同时，倾听客户诉求，利用我们的服务和技术产品满足客户的需求。
2.参与任何与UPS技术产品有关的销售支持活动，提高技术产品的使用率，提供无纸化运单的推广。
3.参与任何与客户有关的技术产品的后期跟进和维护，包括硬件的维护和申请，与其他部门的合作。

职位要求:
业务相关技能要求
1. 计算机科学或商科专业，大学本科或以上学历
2. 必须具备计算机应用或开发领域的专业知识
3. 优秀的解决问题能力以及钻研精神
4. 良好的人际关系能力以及基本的销售触觉
5. 优秀的沟通能力，包括书面和口头表达
6. 具备计划、组织和实施的时间管理能力

技术相关技能要求 － 应聘者需具备以下至少一项
1. 最好熟悉VBA或C++
2. 具备互联网以及网络技术知识
3. 对OMS、WMS、ERP或资源规划系统有了解，如SAP、Oracle等。
