Position Summary:
? Responsible for Business Development of Contract Logistics activities in Central China
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Develop strong opportunity pipeline for sales opportunities
? Develop and built strong relationships within the customer organization and understand opportunities to create value for the customer
? Exceed personal and regional new business revenue goals
? Lead the interdisciplinary Project Team for professional solutions making and official RFQ/RFP submission.
? Contract Logistics Project solution design include and not limited on Layout Design/Resource Model Calculation/Cost Model Calculation/Assumption List., etc
? Cross-sell Agility suite of services.
? Organize regular meetings with the client and relevant project team to report on progress and receive an update from client on challenges and future plans
? Direct operational issues to the correct operational owner
? Identify issues before they become problems through close contact with customer
? Assure Agility and customer expectations are in alignment
? Maintain close communication with customer and Agility project team to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and results
? Support Contract Logistics General Manager on the Business Development and assist role of internal & external maintenance.
Requirements:
? University Degree and above
? Experience (5+ years) within the Contract Logistics or Key Account Development with proven success of developing new customers
Local and International LSP experience in Central China market knowledge required
Operational or Solution experience in Contract Logistics is a plus.
? Solid understanding of the theory and practice of supply chain management, warehouse management, transportation management in particular.
? Ability to provide clear direction to operations support staff to gather necessary data and implement the right solution.
? Project management skills.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
? Good English Skills.
? Travel is required.
