7. Major Responsibilities
A. Analysis - % of time = 60%
? Gathers and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.) to quantitative analysis and evaluation of supply chain data, processes and networks
? Identify and communicate the supply issue Supply Chain Management among weekly supply issue report and provide contingency actions to solve the problem or minimize the risk.
? Apply analytical, statistical, and planning skills to interpret various sources of data to manage and improve supply chain performance by applying supply chain management concepts and strategies, constraint management and planning knowledge, and also applies business knowledge to ensure plans support business needs and goals.
? Develop and drive continuous improvement opportunities throughout each stage of the supply chain cycle, including forecasting accuracy, order to delivery cycles, inventory and obsolescence management, new product launch planning and execution, and supply chain performance monitoring. Support implementation of global and regional process and systems enhancements to improve supply chain efficiency.
? Liaise with and coordinate activities across multiple suppliers and regional sales operations which directly impact product availability and customer service level. Creation of various optimization scenarios
? Analysts study current techniques and research other options to decide how to improve services
? Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
? Coordinates delivery schedules and other supply chain activities
B. Reporting- % of time = 40%
? Weekly consolidate and provide BO status to management team
? Monthly overall forecast control, align with sales shorten forecast by product line, CSS Code level
? Monthly inventory projection (month-end inventory value, excess stock value, scrap and net inventory etc) updating to finance
? Monthly Check & Balance to meet inventory financial business plan requirements.

? First Pick Rate with continuous improvement
? Inventory budget (value, days)
? Demand forecast accuracy with continuous improvement

University degree (preferential with supply chain background)

APICS certificate

? Strong quantitative and analytical skills
? Familiar with logistics and demand/supply planning concepts (e.g., materials requirement planning);
? Clear reporting skills
? Ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate change
? Strong functional influence
? Project management skills
? Initiative, accountable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment with good team spirits
? Goal focus
? Fluent English & mandarin
? High flexibility and ability to deliver results under pressure
