Duties:
- Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
- Supervise support staff in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
- Source and identify new business opportunities and bring revenue initiatives to the team.
- Create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting Directors to win new clients.
- Reporting to Team Leader on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
- Leading training initiatives to junior staff.
- Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
- Attending internal trainings and meetings.
- Ensure market coverage is maximized.
- Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client.
- Other tasks as required / delegated.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years minimum real estate experience.
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English in reading, writing and speaking. Cantonese is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Team work spirit
