Company
Our client company is a French Representative Office in Ningbo since 2008. Our client business consists in offering the most efficient solutions to the Headquarter in Paris. This includes production follow up, quality control and export.
Now they are 50 staff in Ningbo (250 in the World) and they are looking for high calibre individuals to join their dynamic and active team.
Report to: GM.
Responsibility
To develop FOB Sales & to be the Key Person to communicate and improve suppliers performances
PRINCIPAL MISSIONS:
? To handle sourcing of new products and / or suppliers
? To source and develop new customers
COMPLEMENTARIES MISSIONS (under Export Manager and GM supervision)
? To make sure the sourced suppliers are reliable with the company requirements
? To make sure the sourced products match with the company and/or customer quality requirements
? To make sure the sourced suppliers have the matching production capacity
? To build and maintain strong relationships with customers to develop more business
? To train new suppliers and double check the old suppliers understand the company policy
? To anticipate the potential issues to be faced with suppliers and / or customers
DAILY OPERATION MANAGEMENT
? To source some new customers through all channels (specialized websites, fairs, contacts, etc..) by phone, emails, meetings
? To follow up the current customers and be active in offers
? To study the customers catalogues or websites to ensure to offer the right products
? To ensure new factories or new items match with the company requirements regarding quality, production capacity, level prices, etc.…

o Transformation rate
o Analysis of financial gain when switch with new supplier

Requirement
? Fluent in written, read, spoken English
? Spanish is a plus
? Foreigner
? Experience in international trade 3 years minimum : incoterms, payment terms, buying, export quotations
? Experience with Chinese suppliers
? Sales DNA is compulsory
? Results oriented
? High Negotiations skills for BUYING and SELLING
? Strong personality
? High Communications skills
? European Business Experience
