职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Develops SME knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering.
Problem solving and process improvement using structured problem solving methods such as KT, Designed Experimentation, or Six Sigma.
Coordinates installation, debugging and initial operation of new equipment and systems.
Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and capacity improvement initiatives.
Manage project resources to achieve project deliverables and timeline
Document and track activities, scope changes and lessons learned
Provides direction to other technicians and coaches junior engineers
Work with research & development teams for new processes and product development and introductions

Education & Experience
MS/BS Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry etc.
Prefer to have 1-3 years work experience

Required Skills
Experience with contact angle, adsorption and desorption methods
Good knowledge of fundamental chemical principles and mechanisms
Knowledge and practice in surface and interfacial chemistry
Ability to collaborate on projects with other team members
Broad manufacturing and engineering experiences in surface and coating technology such as CVD, PVD and spray coating etc.

Desired Skills
Experience in working with glass and ceramic
Team facilitation skills when leading efforts with colleagues of various disciplines
Good oral English and listening ability
Exposure to contract manufacturing
Knowledge of process control/process discipline, SPC, DOE and Statistics methods
