职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Supervise the whole merchandising flow within his/her team from development stage to shipment by their in-depth technical knowledge in raw material, garment make-up and so on.
? Maintain sensitivity to market situation and perform research.
? Strive to understand customers’ requirement and work closely to provide out best professional service.
? Bargain for the best price through negotiation and by detailed analysis on cost and quota.
? Source and evaluate factory from the perspective of product, pricing, quality, reliability, compliance and so on, to meet the interest of customers.
? Ensure the product quality control.
? Ensure on-time delivery.
? Maintain harmonious working relationship with customers, suppliers and vendors.
? Travel to overseas for market trip, order follow-up, factory visit and so on.

Requirements:
? Diploma or above, preferably major in Textile and Clothing;
? At least 8 years of experiences in handling knitand sweater items, mainly focus in kids wear;
? Experience in US Market and swimming wear /under wear is preferable;
? Solid experience in product development and bulk production;
? Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule;
? Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills;
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
