Key responsibilities:
- Conduct equipment startup / commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting according to project plan.
- Provide technical consultation, call feedback and training service to customers.
- On site support foreign engineers for large scale project.
- Follow up open cases until completion and issue technical service reports as proper project-related documentation.
- Represent cooperation at customer site professionally in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 2 years of related job experience
- Fluent in English both spoken and written, especially know English language on programming.
- Good technical and commercial English; able to communicate with foreigners and submit professional report in written English.
- Can accept travelling
