职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Use of optical, digital electronic and electrical instruments for measurement of the product and process parameters.
Use of control system fundamental via industrial controllers for achieving the desired target of the product/process parameters/attributes.
Hardware and software design of the control system for manufacturing process. Develop or modify control systems including data acquisition, data display, control charts and control algorithms.
Equipment checkout, move-in, Installation, debug, commissioning and integration of control systems into to manufacturing facilities.
Work with process engineers to conduct process improvement experiments and manufacturing studies. Statistics analysis of manufacturing and experimental data to find process upset root causes and appropriate solution. It involves the application of fundamental knowledge and methods for understanding physical phenomena to achieve specified characteristics and criteria for products and processes.
Work on teams with production and engineering to improve yield, throughput, and cycle time and process uptime improvements.
Participate in all stages of manufacturing processes that involve forming (glass and ceramics), ceramics/glass firing/annealing, ware handling and finishing processes that involves-Cutting, grinding, polishing, washing and assembly/packaging of final products.
Transfer of technology to manufacturing operation with full implementation of training and documentation systems (SOP, SOS and Training). Work with development team for new processes and product introductions.

Education & Experience
MS Degree above + in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & automation, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, Control Theory & Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical & Electricity Engineering, Power system & Automation, Measurement& instrument or Computer Engineering
Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering and Thermal Engineering with Control fundamental background
Top Universities in US,NA/Europe & Asia are preferred

Required Skills
Familiar with control Systems hardware and software integration system design, Understanding of Electrical
codes & standards and Electrical Safety system design and implement
Fundamental understanding of classical control – Linear control, feedback control, Feed-Forward Control (FFC),
Open Loop, Closed-Loop, Servo/Motion Controls and Control Theory & Algorithms- Sequential / Logic, PID
Programming Skills PLC Experience in manufacturing information Systems with process data collection and
controls (AB, Mitsubishi, Siemens etc.)
Familiar with Industrial field Communication protocol(RS232/RS48, Device Net, Profibus, CAN, Modbus, CCLink,Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP etc.)
Operation and process control (e.g. iFiX,)
5 + years hands on PLC experience (A-B) controllers and Man Machine System interface

Desired Skills
Fundamental understanding Modern control (Fuzzy, Adaptive, Optimal robust and prediction control, sliding control, MIMO, Nonlinear control ,Neuro – Network, ILC, MPC and H-Infinity etc)
Familiar with programming skills – Matlab, VC/VB, C/C++, C#/Java, SQL database etc
Image Signal Processing and Vision system design experience
Measurement or Instrument system design and implement
Automation CNC/Robot skills
SCADA Systems (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) design and implementation for manufacturing

Soft Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) or any other major Asian languages
Strong Project management skills and communicate skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Technical curiosity with willingness to learn
Able to work independently and directly with project customers to scope out project scope, identify project requirements and deliverables, satisfy their objectives and timelines with a minimal amount of supervision.
