Job Description
1. Collaborate with the Social Compliance Team in ongoing improvements of Social Compliance program
2. Working with our suppliers to ensure our minimum compliance standards are met or exceeded on a continuous basis
3. Conduct social compliance audit and review CAP with supplier in a timely and accurate manner
4. Database management
5. Audit calendar management
6. Project coordination


Job Requirements
1. Degree holder with at least 3 year experience in social compliance auditing
2. Understanding of China National and Provincial Labour Laws & Standards
3. Familiar with international social compliance program and audit protocols (e.g. SEDEX, ICTI, BSCI, SA8000 and WRAP)
4. External social compliance audit certification (e.g. SA8000, ICTI or similar systems)
5. Experience in a trading/ sizeable sourcing / buying office preferred but not a must
6. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, with ability to write full audit report in English
7. High personal ethics
