职位描述：
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Lead and direct EMEA Asia supplier quality activities, focusing on supplier qualification, non-conformance management, supplier surveillance, regulatory sustainability and quality initiatives to support each EMEA region and business.

Drive supplier quality initiatives to improve key metrics: defect rate (PPM), On-Time-Delivery (OTD), and customer/region compliant Qty.

Support supplier assessment, approval, qualification, and surveillance, control non-conformance and customer compliant, to ultimately ensure the product quality meet the requirements.

Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions, preventive actions, and process improvements to reduce escaping defects and failure rate.

Work closely with commercial, engineering and region team to eliminate any barriers that may affect the quality and delivery of sourced components. Support VAVE and routine team activity.

Drive continuous improvement of suppliers’ quality, cycle, and delivery performance.

Drive 6-sigma and lean rigor and competency frequent use of tools and methods.





Qualifications/Requirements:

BS/MS degree from an accredited university with major in mechanical or material manufacturing. Sound mechanical technology background i.e. material manufacturing process, stamping, casting, forging, machining knowledge etc. electronics or PCBA knowledge is additional.

At least 3-5 years of supplier quality management experience in global sourcing team and low cost countries.

International perspective, culturally adaptable with the first-hand experience of quality/supplier quality management.

6-sigma GB certified and lean certificate are preferred.

Solid written and verbal communication skills; English skills must be excellent.

Good interpersonal skill.
