职位描述

Design and develop medical sales organizational structure, system & process and reviews current capabilities and compares with dynamic market and provides analysis in terms of efficiency to ensure readiness in addressing future business needs

1. Develop SFE processes to improve achievement of medical team by focus on right direction
a) KPI setting and tracking
b) Right targeting for hospital and HCP
c) Standardize working process for medical team
d) Guideline for resource allocation and ROI tracking

2. Improve MSR productivity by channel management
a) Identify hospital type by 80:20 rule
b) Focus on driving full potential of KH

3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of market activities (key drivers)

4. Monitor and report SFE process
a) Regular monitor and analyze achievement of SFE KPI
b) Generate and circulate reports on SFE KPI
c) Regular SFE KPI review with field sales team
d) Regular field visit to be close to business
e) Competitive analysis

5. Participates in company initiatives that impact Operational Requirements of Medical Sales


People Management Activities:

1. Establish leadership, credibility and accountability

2. Encourage team work (esp. Regional Sales Force, Medical Marketing team members, Training team members and cross functional teams)

3. Performance Evaluation

4. REQUIREMENTS:

A. Indicate minimum amount of formal education considered necessary:

University graduate, medical/science degree preferred

B. Describe the nature and length of experience and know-how necessary to meet job problems and challenges.


Experience:

? Experience in medical sales of Pharmaceutical or Nutrition industry in multinational.
? Minimum of 2 years in medical sales supervisor level.
? Minimum of 2 year experience in development and execution of medical operation that supported strategic initiatives.
? Understanding of financial principles such as budget control. Ability to analyze sales administration technical data.

Technical know-how:

? Deep knowledge in the pediatric and obstetric environment about pregnant & infant nutrition.
? Knowledge of healthcare professional behaviors and needs. Understanding of the HCP influence on the behavior of the end user of MJ products and services.
? Knowledge of internal and field sales functional roles and responsibilities.
? Knowledge of effective communication and how to impact and influence people
? Mastery of computer and analytical skills.
? Strong reading and written communication skills in Chinese as well as in English.
? Basic Financial knowledge for marketing purpose
