职位描述：
Position: Assembly Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
We need invite 1 Manufacturing Engineer who work in Assembly Semicon field:
1. Plan, staff, train and retain shift manufacturing personnel (production operators, line tech, etc.)
2. Execute successfully assembly Production plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production plan)
3. Drive all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to manufacturing scope
4. Ensure all manufacturing systems are established & comply to ISO 9000 & 14000 requirements
5. Ensure supply of all manufacturing material (direct and indirect) used in the production area
6. Drive all related parties (engineering, maintenance, Quality, etc.) to support manufacturing activities when needed
7. Provide input to management for operational budget
8. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of process engineering working experiences in assembly semiconductor environment
2. Be familiar with assembly process in SMT/Flip-Chip/Molding etc.
3. 5+ years of project management experiences, managing projects involve multiple cross functional team.
4. Good communication skills, and follow-up action items until full closure.
5. English speaking (conference call) and good report writing. 举报 分享
