职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities:
Major responsibility is for Latin American market, such as Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, Puerto Rico and its branch country(Panama, Guayana, Dominican, Honduras, Suriname ect...)
·Downlaod schedule everyday and caculate the volumn of cargoes for the future one week by each country from I-scala,check inventory and production at SAP system
·Quoting rate and send out booking form to forwarder in advance.
·Send out trucking arrangement and trucking form to forwarder evereaday.
·Send out loading information to vendor , warehouse and custom evereaday.
·Update the load plan in Schick publice dick.
·Pick up the Vanning to custom before loading.
·According to the survey report to reduce related items amount.
·Doing packing list and invoice.
·Submit S/I to forwarder.
·Inform Schick FIN to print out the invoice to market.
·Send out packing list and B/L to market.
·Doing C/O, C/P, FTA and FORM F for Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Chile and send out the related department to appove, and print out this certificate after verified.
·Pushing carrier release original B/L and courier original packing list, invoice and B/L to market.
·Update Schick montly report for each monthly expenditure by my onw charge market.

Education and Experience requirements
· Minimum of 2 years experience in services and logistics industry
· Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight
· Strong MS applications, fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin
