职位描述：
HR Supervisor /Beijing
1. Employee Engagement with action plan follow up ,employee coaching and counseling, internal communication
2. Training planning and implementation
3. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
4. Oversee the performance management and deployment process to ensure the team goals are aligned and cascaded through the Organization.
5.Process improvement, work with the country HR Team to drive and deploy programs and processes
6. Understanding legal requirements and implementation
7. Other project work as assigned

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline and at least 5 years of professional HR experience.
- HR experience with MNCs
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proactive and can do attitude
- Ability to evaluate, analyses and resolve complex problems
- Project management skills
- Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills
