In 2017, nearly 5 months work in HR Dept.(Feb. to Apr./Oct. to Dec.) then transfer to Quality Dept.(Middle of Apr. to Oct.) in temp.
Responsibilities in Quality Team:
1/ Support the team on recording of information and management of negative feedback and complaints.
2/Weekly inspectors’ performance summary;
3/Prepare the draft warning letters for poor performance inspectors according to feedback from supervisors;
4/Any other assignment from direct manager.
Responsibility in HR Dept:
1. Responsible for the whole procedure of recruitment;
2. Post/update vacancy information and manage recruitment channels;
3. Responsible for CV-Scanning and make the 1st telephone interview daily;
4. Arrange the 2nd interview and recommend the right candidates for the 2nd interview;
5. Update / Keep record of recruitment status as needed;
6. Weekly and Monthly Staff list report;
7. Other HR-related task assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
1.College graduates ,bachelor degree;
2.Good in English, and strong in Microsoft Software (eg: Word, Excel,Outlook
etc.);
3.Passionate, active, patient ,and with good interpersonal skills;
4. More than 1-2 year work experience in HR or related Dept., at least 1 year’s working experience in recruitment function is a necessity.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Fluent English speaking and writing and Proficient in computer skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
