注塑，搪胶，组装，缝纫工艺， 玩具行业或相似工艺行业经验

Leader for set up and operation of new product manufacturing

General:
· Oversee the facility setup. Tracking activities and progress against detail project plans. Monitoring project spending against project budgets. Prepare status report for communication with stakeholders.
· Lead the new product operation, include manufacturing, daily production planning and maintenance. Ensure operation can meet the schedule requirement and budget constraints.
Special
· Build a culture in own team to embrace accountability and continuous improvement
Supervisory Responsibilities
· Lead and manage project teams during the setup stage
· Lead the new product operation

Education / Experience and Attributes
Education Level:
· Bachelor's Degree of above in Mechanical engineering or related discipline
Working Experience / Training:
· Setup of manufacturing facility
· At least 5 years’ experience at managerial level of running a manufacturing operation
Skills / Certified License / Job Knowledge
· Project Management certification
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· General knowledge of international standard in construction & electrical. Contractor administration.
· Familiar with local safety standard
· Lean manufacturing techniques and processes
· Good interpersonal communication skills
· Good command of English
