Key Responsibilities (e.g. below):
Approach three kinds of key account, including cell therapy, pharmaceutical and CRO. Search sales opportunities to resell Corning products, including serum free media, basal media, plastic consumables and biologicals. Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-function customer relations. Develop/maintain/publish customer profile and analysis. Organize corporate reviews of accounts.
Keep tracking the sales performance of assigned key accounts and take proper stratey to deliver revune accomplishment. Develop account sales budget Develop expense budget. Identify opportunities and risks. Actively manage complexity at assigned accounts.
Develop and execute key account plan to keep high speed yearly growth of sales revenue. Develop actionable and measurable plans to optimize ongoing sales. Make sales plan to guide daily work and deliver execution result.
Manage business negotiation. Be able to negotiate yearly price and sign contracts with customer. Organize bilateral meeting between Corning’s leadership and customer. Organize marketing activities and seminars at key accounts to drive sales performance.
Feedback customer’s request and complaints and help customer to resolve troubles which may caused by Corning products.

Key Competencies: (DO NOT CHANGE)
Strong communitation skills and sales technique.
Strong technical background of cell biology, molecular biology, immunology or related fields. Know customer’s workflow well. Have the ability to consolidate product portofolio in these workflows.
Strong knowledge of commercial transaction processes.
Good English skills both written and verbal.
Good presentation skills.

Required Competencies (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Soft Skills) (Musts)
Bachelors Degree or above.
No less than 3 years of sales experience in life sciences.
Executive ability.
Able to work well under pressure.

Desired Competencies (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Soft Skills)
Technical background of cell biology or immunology.
Work experience in cell therapy, pharma or CRO industry.
