职位描述：
Responsibilities
1) Project Plan and Deployment based on customer’s request.
2) Installation of Windows operating system as well as Customer Automation software on PCs to be deployed to external customers.
3) Provide excellent IT support to customers by following the company’s IT policy.
4) Effectively communicate with cross function to understand the business plan and follow the project guideline.
5) Conduct the system training to users.
6) Maintain hardware/software inventory.

Requirements
1) Good working knowledge in hardware and software trouble-shooting under LAN/WAN environment.
2) Technically competent in Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office.
3) Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a good command of both written and oral English.
4) Basic IT knowledge on database, network, storage, etc.
