Key Accountabilities:
? Technical Service
o Ensure all technical support / service requests are prioritized and performed.
o Ensure the evaluation of SKUs to be completed, and provide technical information to relevant departments.
o Complete special projects / requests as required with Australia technical manager.
o Innovate and update product application.
o Compile monthly reports/ plan and participate in weekly meetings with team in collaboration with Marketing.
o Facilitate regular industry information sharing and distribution to sales team.
o Conduct application and recipe training to sales team.
? Sales Partnership
o Partner with Sales team and planning in accordance with Corp. budget & guideline and achieve the annual sales target
o Conduct monthly customer business review with sales team
o Evaluate financial performance
? Customers Technical Support
o Conduct technical team members to complete technical support request from customers.
o Execute technical visit plan to key accounts and provide with technical advice and information.
o Work with Marketing Department ensuring all demonstrations / exhibitions are well organized.
o Deal with technical issues when customers are facing difficulties in product applications.
? Customers Management
o Foster a good business relationship with customers
? New Product and Recipe Development
o Assist with new product development.
o Establish powerful company recipe database and at least 5 new recipes per month.
o Ensure recipes developed according to company SKUs unique feature.
o Ensure the database managed effectively, and recipes developed efficiently and timely.
o Support company R&D projects
? People Management
o Provide leadership and management to the technical team of 3-4 people and continuously develop their competencies.
o Ensure KRA, progress review and annual review are properly completed as required for technical staffs
? Administration
o Evaluate and approve team’s monthly travel plan, leave application.
o Provide input into budget and monitor the expenditure to be in line with it.
? Other Assignment
o Other job assigned by the company
Experience / Ability
? At least 10 years’ experience in baking or oils and fats industry
? At least three years’ experience in management positions
? Ability to influence customers to support recommendations
? Problem solving skills
Technical Skill
? Good understanding of industry knowledge
? Ability to present and communicate with relevant internal and external customers
? Ability for new application development
? English is not required but certain level of English communication ability would be preferred
