工作职责 Duty Description
This is a P&L role. The job holder will be responsible for providing the overall IT strategies to the industry team, and also, providing excellent IT services to the clients in manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. The portfolio covers wide scope of IT/process/governance advisory, IT planning, IT management and the enterprise-level IT solutions including digital solutions. . Our professional services not only accommodate individual IT projects, but also provide high level business solutions to our clients to strengthen their cost model and financial performance.
The candidate will be responsible for the following scope of responsibilities:
? Research and develop next generation IOT solution for the overall IT offerings; Create solution road-map for each sub-industry;
? Indentify system requirement of the clients/prospects and execute optimization processes through implementing industry-specific IT solutions
? Develop the overall account plan for the key, major clients; Drive sales execution to achieve sales target
? Drive and track the project execution to ensure the project targets are met as per project plan
? Select and develop solution partners to build partner eco-system

职位要求 Qualification
? University Degree (preferably at Master level) in Information Technology or Business Management related disciplines
? With a minimum of 12 years solid track record gained from MRL sector with a wealth of sales and/or project experience in such areas as ERP, SCM, CRM, ITO, BPO and IOT digital solutions
? With very strong combination of both industry process knowledge as well as IT solution knowledge to support business goals of our clients
? Very good leadership and coaching skills, strong passion to start up and grow a professional IT team
? Strong business acumen, good negotiation skills, process and result oriented, proficiency in technical demonstrations with highly effective communication and presentation skill
