职位描述：
We are looking for a high caliber E-Commerce Assistant Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).

Responsibilities:

- Manage Tmall partners and digital agencies to drive E-commerce activities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure pricing consistency across online/offline channels
- Develop KPIs for E-commerce channels; review and analyze stores’ performance including online transactional KPIs as well as the customer service metrics
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reports
- Manage agencies to plan and execute digital marketing activities including SEM, SEO, Social media, affiliate, display Ad and etc. to eventually drive sales in E-commerce sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 3 years or more e-Commerce and digital marketing experience in China, preferable in FMCG industry
- Good understanding of business requirements, IT solutions, Finance, Fulfillment, Logistics
- Experience in working with global/regional cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, creative and result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in written English and Chinese
