职位描述：

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Develop and maintain technical documents (audit protocol, training material, Question paper, etc.);
• Deliver Technical training(including in-house/on-site training) and Support FA operation to set up Food Audit Capability;
• Manage and lead the reviewing work on all received working tools(e.g. protocol, SOP, Manual, Industry standards etc) and confirm the understanding and execution;
• Technical lead the communication work with internal/external body;
• Create the detailed audit guideline specific for the service audit protocol/FI to align the audit execution;
• Monitor the audit program trial run to make sure this can move ahead smoothly and work with audit team together to improve the audit quality continually.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

• Bachelor degree or above or vocational course in relevant subject (ie. Food Engineering) ;
• Good Knowledge on GMP/HACCP/ISO22000 will be highly preferred;
• Good interpretation and understanding on Food Industry Related Standards e.g. GB12694/ GB19883-2005/ GB19303 etcs;
• 3years working experience in Food Industry manufacturing - with at least 1 year experience in a particular Food product OR at least 5 years of experience as Food Industry auditor;
• Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form. Sound communication and presentation skills;
• Usual command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc;
