To support its expansion the group is now looking for a HR & Social Affairs Administrator for its Shanghai office.
Report Line: Report to the Asia Regional Manager.
Missions:
Fully responsible for HR & social affairs of Intertraffic Asia (Vietnam/Korea/India/Mainland of China) :
- Recruitment & Staffing & Orientation: strategy/process implementation, demands collection & analysis, ads posting, channel development, CV screening, behavioral descriptions interviews, HR dispatch management, recruitment appraisal, cost/risk control, staffing & promotion, candidate/employee information records, orientation;
- Performance Management: appraisal form design, planning & implementation, attendance/vacation/leave management;
- Salary & Benefits: budget management, salary survey, wage/tax calculation & audit, social insurance/housing fund account opening & payment, employee benefits distribution;
- Labor/Employee Relations: local labor policy follow-up, labor dispute resolution, work industrial insurance application, labor contract signing/renewal, foreigner visa/employment permit application, Shanghai residence permit point application;
- HR Planning: HR Planning (job planning/demand supply forecast/cost budget/risk analysis/communication), HR planning implementation (status assessment/supply & demand forecast/supply&demand balance/implementation monitoring), HR cost budgeting&control;
- Other admin duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
- Degree holder in HR administration, business administration, psychology, laws or other relevant discipline;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive, Detail-minded and well organized;
- Immediate availability appreciated.
