Job Responsibilities:

- Financial Results
? Deliver of the Candy, GUM and Powdered Beverages category business results
? On time deliver accurate financial analysis reports or financial deck for regular report
? Actively handle adhoc assignment and timely deliver the results
? Prepare in depth and insightful analysis of business results, including the identification of opportunities and risks together with recommendation for actions to address, submit commentaries and analytics to FP&A Region or FP&A Region Category
- Business Partnering
? Business partner the Senior Marketing Managers of ANZ GUM, Candy & PB categories and their teams
? Deliver forecast or monthly schedule timely to meet corporate schedule
? Have insight for project analysis
? Fully and transparent communication between finance team and business team
? Continuously improve the quality of financial acumen across all business partners and stakeholders to support sound decision making
? Provide value add category insights to help deliver on business objectives
? Review major marketing proposals (e.g., New product development proposals, A&C spending, price increases etc.) and challenge assumptions and projected financial and business results to ensure the most effective use of resources within the region
- IBP and Forecasting
? Lead the long term Commercial Planning, Strategic Planning, Annual Contract and Quarterly forecasts
? Lead the rolling up the financials and developing risks and opportunities for the IBP process
? Present financials to the Snacking Leadership Team and Category Finance Director as part of the monthly IBP cycle
? Deliver forecast or monthly schedule timely to meet corporate schedule
- I2M
? Review and provide finance recommendations for all I2M projects
? Lead the finance presentations and portfolio reviews at all PMR / PAM meetings
- ISC
? Detailed understanding of Supply Chain across Candy, GUM & PB categories
? Close working relationship with Category and Country ISC Finance Leads, as well as Scoresby Factory Finance team
? Work with CS&L Finance and International Freight Team to ensure imports are accurately costed for all existing and NPD lines
- Other
? Support AP Category Finance Directors and Category FP&A to delivery category objectives
? Driver of a culture of continuous improvement
- Control Environment
? Promote a robust control & governance environment across the Candy, GUM and PB category
? Review and approve A&C expenditure for the categories, and ensure that the Category Finance Teams establish appropriate spending and budgetary controls. Review trade spending that falls outside pre-approved limits and maintain strong linkages to the area/BU sales controllers
Indirect Reports
? Support the development of an effective analyst in Genpact to deliver on each of the key accountabilities of decision support, forecasting, performance management and financial controls
- Finance Leadership Team
? Member of the Finance Leadership Team for ANZ, actively participate in leading across the function, to ensure employee engagement and quality people management
? Member of the Finance Leadership Team for Candy & PB and GUM

Requirements:

- Knowledge
? In depth understanding of the China Snacking segment and retail market
? Outstanding financial and commercial acumen, preferably in FMCG
? Good knowledge in accounting standards
? Thorough understanding of planning and reporting processes
? Compliance with Mondelez internal standards and with local / legal standards
? Excellent interpersonal skills with ability/desire to work in a team-based, customer-focused environment
? Strong leadership skills; ability to effectively influence all levels of management
? Experience in SAP / Fit would be a plus

- Qualifications
? CPA/CA qualified or equivalent

? 8+ years’ experience in FMCG environment in roles of increasing responsibility, FP&A related experience with at least 3-4 years

? Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
? Well refined technical finance and strategic skills
? Ability to managing complexity – multiple stakeholders, countries and categories
