职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
- Development and validation of automated transmission calibrations for passenger car
-Shift quality calibration including clutch controls, launch, creeping and hill stand. Driving strategy,
-Supporting transmission bench calibration
-Supporting test trips to verify proper transmission operation across different operating conditions, the
summer test, winter test and altitude test
- Data acquisition experience collecting and processing
- Support the validation and release of the calibrations into production
- (For senior position) Access transmission and vehicle performance with troubleshooting and problem
solving of transmission on test bench and vehicle
- (For senior position) Coaching and leading junior calibration engineers
Key Competencies:
-Bachelor/Master degree on Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or
an alternative with relevant experience
-2+ years experience ( 5+ for senior position) prior experience with the development and calibration of
automatic transmission, power train systems calibration development, OBD calibration, or engine calibration
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in automatic transmission performance assessment method
-Good knowledge on vehicle and transmission system
-Good knowledge of CAN, UDS, OBD
-Global team player
-Fluent English
- Experience in using CANape or ETAS-INCA
- Driver license
-Willing to travel (domestic & international)
Desirable Skills:
- German language
- Transmission application software development experience (C code or Matlab Simulink) 举报 分享
