RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
?Train and educate SAP users to use efficiently the ERP: suggest proper applications, support with processes, transaction, reports.
?Train and educate Manufacturing execution system users to use efficiently the ERP: suggest proper applications, support with processes, transaction, reports
?Perform a Level1 support in plant for the SAP incidents, enhancements, authorizations and queries, helping the central IT team to properly manage the demand.
?Take care of ITC equipment configuration and maintenance.
?Give basic Help Desk support to users for computer hardware, systems, network, SAP and connection set up.
?Ensure to operate properly current computer applications; solving problems promptly while occurring.
?Manage current communication system of the Plant.
?Ensure proper functioning of essential equipment, such as communication systems, conference systems and computers.
?Take responsibility of server and system control room.
?Ensure periodical maintenance of existing equipment and suggest improvement and investments in new equipment and applications.
?Install new programs/ applications following the internal rules and policies from the Corporation.
?Notify employees about problems educate and train users to use properly equipment and applications, as well as to solve problems.
?Maintain confidentiality about information and surveillance about data.
?In charge of local IT budget preparation and follow up.
?In charge of monitoring IT KPI´s in the plant.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
·University Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
·Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Management in large corporate environment (experience in a subsidiary of a multinational company is preferred).
·Knowledge of computer units, cabling, servers, operating systems, Microsoft databases, Cisco equipment.
·Solid experience in Help Desk support and users training.
·Former experience implementing/supporting SAP is highly preferred.
·Detail oriented, smart, able to communicate efficiently with all the departments and to educate users; able to anticipate, detect and solve problems as well as to suggest improvements; trustworthy person, that will maintain confidentiality about information.
·Proficient with Microsoft Office.
·Fluent in English.
