1、负责日常英语教学、教研等，包括备课、授课、沙龙活动和DEMO课，按计划完成教学任务；
2、负责班级管理，妥善处理课堂问题，与家长保持良好的沟通互动；
3、积极参与入职培训、在职培训等各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等，提升自身教学技能；
4、配合其他部门开展各类活动。
任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，英语专业、教育专业；
2、良好的英语沟通能力，口语地道，发音标准，能全英授课；
3、热爱儿童和英语教育事业，性格活泼，开朗，具有亲和力；
4、出色的沟通能力及人际交往能力；
5、有少儿英语教育经验者优先，同时欢迎成绩优异的应届毕业生；
6、可以适应轮休制。

Responsibilities
1. Daily teaching, including lesson preparation, English teaching, salon activities and DEMO class.
2. Class management, properly handling issues during class, and maintain good interaction and communication with parents;
