职位描述：
TASKS
1.Financial Accounting:
？Organize and supervise routine work related to financial area in Cherry Zhuhai and Cherry HK
？Supervise authenticity, integrity and normalization of accounting activities and other financial operations or procedures according to Cherry and local accounting standards
？Improve financial work flow based on required regulations and policies
？Prepare all kind of finance reports to management for showing financial results and give comments to management
？Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audit and CIT clearance audit
？Deal with bankers, tax authorities and all financial external parties
？Carry out and support new projects or group policies
？Resolve financial issues related to AR/AP and payment procedures

2.Treasury
？Daily finance work management, banking transaction management
？Prepare cash forecast to ensure sufficient cash flow

3.Tax
？Organize and supervise monthly, quarterly and yearly tax filing
？Make up tax plan based on company business transaction to minimize tax risk
？Liaise with tax authority for tax updates and queries of the tax filing

4．Controlling
？Ensure costing information integrity and work with inter-company for costing information
？Work with project term for quotation of new products
？Annual budget and quarterly forecast
？Gross margin analysis / profitability calculation for products/projects
？Work for ad-hoc requests

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Five years related working experience at a (financial) management position of a foreign manufacturing company. Solid experience on costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
Familiar with local authority policies and regulations, experienced in dealing with both internal and external auditors.
Bachelor Degree major in Finance & Accounting
Comprehensive ERP experience (preferably on SAP / Navision) and excellent skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Be familiar with bookkeeping processing, with the knowledge on accounting standards and related policy
Professional qualification; Ability to build up, manage and lead a team; high sense of ownership, accountability and confidentiality Knowledge
SKILLS
Strong professional sensitivity, problem solving ability and monitoring ability, good team leadership and team spirit
Be loyal and passionate and good professional ethic
