Duties:
Responsibilities:
?Achievement of sales targets.
?Management of Inbound and outbound sales calls.
?Enter and maintain currency of records about client contacts
?Information on Accounts
?Leads
?Opportunities and Sales Results in Salesforce
?Contract negotiations.
?Effectively Manage Time for all tasks to be completed in time.
?Prepare, develop and effectively manage sales proposals across allocated products and services.
?Attend and support SAI Global team at trade shows and conferences.
?Responsible for the active follow up of all leads and opportunities under your ownership and as allocated.
?Developing and Ongoing maintenance of sales procedures across Product Services to ensure a common process is adhere to by the sales team and fits with other operation procedure manual.
?Developing and Ongoing maintenance of sales procedures across Product Services schemes that have been allocated to you
?Ensure that there is a strong connection with client managers and auditors, it is vital the sales team fits in with other operational staff and the operations procedure manual.
?Provide a consistent and high level of customer service.
?Ensure all emails and leads are actions in a timely manner
?Attend Conferences and Expos as requested or to build your lead database
?Build mutually beneficial relationships with peers form various other business units such as:
-Product Services Team
-Sales Enablement Team
-Account Managers from all verticals and Regions
-BDM and BDE’s from all verticals and Regions
-Marketing
-Customer Service Officers
-Product Portfolio Team
-Finance team
-etc.…
Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications:
?Desirable - Bachelors’ Degree (in a business domain)
Work Experience Required:
?Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B selling preferably in Assurance and Certification industry
?Good knowledge in Product Certification Programs.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?Proven track record in a sales or account management role with demonstrated track record to consistently meet monthly quarterly yearly targets.
?Commitment to providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
?Ability to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
?Demonstrated willingness to go beyond the call of duty to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
?Demonstrated ability to nurture relationships in large, complex organizations to achieve significant expansion of business relationship with that client
?Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
