In his/her field of speciality, and through either generic, program or plant processes, the Welding Expert t will:
? Support China welding network activities.

? Support generic welding innovation, processes development and improvement

? Ensure development and deployment of welding standards, design checklist and guidelines, best practices

? Support programs, plants and suppliers for welding problems solving

? Guild the direction in network to introduce new technology and continuous improvement
为新技术及持续改进指引方向
? Create and conduct training courses,coach emerging talents.

? Simultaneous Engineering 同步工程
- Participate 3D&2D design review.Ensure that checklists and guidelines for product design are applied (DCS)
参加3D&2D 设计评审，确保设计符合标准。
- Validate technology choices (Roadmaps). Ensure product manufacturability (MVP)

? Welding development 焊接技术
- Define welding solutions and ensure that welding standards are applied

- Support prototypes build (when applicable)

- Support the purchasing organization during suppliers selections and negotiations

- Support reception and start-up of tooling and equipment

- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling and equipment

- Support production or parts suppliers to solve problems related to his/her field of speciality.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
? Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant welding
      至少15年焊接相关经验。
? Familiar with technical skills on welding(mainly MAG for thin-wall stainless steel by robots,TIG) ,fixture, GD&T and equipment
熟悉焊接技术(主要是机器人不锈钢薄板MAG焊接,TIG)、夹具、形位公差及设备。
? Basic knowledge about bending,stamping,forming etc. And exhaust product and process is preferred
基本的弯管、冲压、成型等知识。熟悉排放产品及工艺优先。
? Strong communication skills, ability to structure and transfer know-how to younger
 良好的沟通技能，并能有效地组织且将专业知识传递给年轻人。
? Open mind and willing for changing
 思路开阔并愿意接受新事物。
? English prefered
