We are looking for Life Science industry experts either from a business development, sales or scientific engineering background to join our team of talented recruiters to help service this massive growth area. With your industry knowledge and network you will be a sure success.
With a proven track record in Pharmaceutical OR Medical Device sales you will be well networked and have the knowledge to recruit for our very important MNC clients.
With a scope covering the greater Shanghai area you will be fundamental in the introduction here in Shanghai of what is globally one of our most established and successful sectors. To help you, we currently have a team of international experts in this field to help penetrate the market and assist with market knowledge and business development.

Your role:
? As a new Randstad employee, you will be provided with a first-class orientation and induction in our business at both a local and international level, as well as having ongoing access to our full suite of training and development courses.
? Building on your industry expertise, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing service of your own suite of clients in one specialist area within Medical Devices and Healthcare
? As an experienced consultant and working to international best practice methodology, you will have individual sales targets and KPI's to manage and exceed.
? You will be expected to perform the full 360 degree recruitment consulting role from client sales, candidate sourcing and interviewing, through to job order placement.
? You will have 1 to 5 years professional recruitment experience or industry experience in either pharmaceutical, medical devices or healthcare science.
? You will have excellent communication skills, including both English and Mandarin.
