Responsibilities:
1. Provides prompt support to daily user trouble shootings.
2. Consults with business management and personnel to identify and document business requirements and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. Analyzes associated business function in order to work with corporate IT team to develop new or modified SAP/MES information processing systems.
3. Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Writes detailed & specific description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify SAP/MES.
4. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program. Trains end users or technical support staff to use programs.
5. Utilizes Microsoft Development tools (i.e. Visual Basic, Access, MSOffice) and coordinate outsourcing team (if necessary) to satisfy system requirements.
6. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, Electronic/Computer Engineering related majors.
2. Working knowledge of wireless LAN, hardware network, server, desktop hardware components.
3. Knowledge of enterprise business process (i.e. planning, purchasing, warehouse), and having been working ERP (SAP Preferred) application for 3 years above.
4. ERP (SAP preferred) system implementation experience in one of MM/PP/SD/FI/CO is preferred.
5. Project management experience would be a plus.
6. ABAP knowledge would be a plus.
7. Working experience in semi-conduct Manufacturing industry is preferred.
8. English, good skill in listening / speaking / reading / writing.
9. High degree of skills in Microsoft NT/Win7 and all office software products;
Working knowledge of wireless LAN, hardware network, server, desktop hardware components.
