Our clinet is a Fortune 500 FMCG Group
Job Purpose:
Provides functional expertise and support to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement projects and also Template deployment project roles. This role will be part of the Global Applications Service Delivery team based in various hub sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing solutions for incidents raised by application Functional experts, ensure the service level agreements are met
2. Assist with change management activities which include release and production slots
3. Monitor Application Services performance; make sure the system’s stabilization and operational reliability meet agreed level
4. Work with other teams globally, regionally and locally to ensure global coverage is provided and excellence shared
5. Engage our customers across region and globally
6. Continuously identify and improve system to meet business’ growing requirements
7. Develop global/regional/local ERP solutions (Microsoft Navision) for business (CIP-Continuous Improvements)
8. Develop/improve standard operational procedures and Service Delivery Procedures
9. Be part of an out of hours callout service for problems with business critical systems, including follow the sun requirements and activities
10. Identify recurring problems and participate on resolution
11. Understand, interpret architecture/ Support interfaces and perform technical troubleshooting
12. Work on Service Introduction (Take On) Activities
13. Plan, test and implement enhancement, requests that deliver genuine business benefit
14. Involvement in project activity, including supportability advice and providing support to Development Teams during the systems delivery lifecycle
15. Outage coordination in the region
16. Report on Service metrics
17. Engage and work closely with other Global Teams
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
2. Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Good business process understanding on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry (preferred)
5. 3-5 years ERP support, ERP development or ERP project experience in various functional areas
6. Excellent learning ability and abl to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
