职位描述：
Responsibility:
Lead development, implementation, and support of SCADA systems and manufacturing execution system integration
Identify and implement tools (Sensors, cameras, controls, HMI's, etc) to support process improvement.
Create and program HMI configurations for custom equipment
Program new and existing equipment PLC’s
Encourage, evaluate and implement employee’s suggestions for continuous improvements of controls,equipment, and processes
Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure company’s needs are met

Skills and Abilities:
Written and oral English and Chinese proficiency required.
Experienced in .net programming (C#, Visual Basic)
Familiarity with industrial networking (Ethernet, EtherCAT) and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of PLC, standard PC and Server hardware components.
Electrical circuits including 3 phase 350 Vac, single phase 220 Vac and 24Vdc power distribution.
Ability to troubleshoot low voltage control and instrumentation circuits.
Autocad drawing capability.
Communicate technical ideas and issues clearly with various groups of interest.
Ability to design, build, maintain, troubleshoot and study all aspects of machine control
岗位职责：
1.参与项目方案讨论和支持，与机械工程师配合完成电路设计、输出及制造；
2.现场系统电气控制的安装、调试，指导电工进行电气组柜及系统的电气集成；
3.PLC程序设计编写和设备调试；
4.现场机器人系统的安装集成、程序调试，优化节拍，使其能满足生产要求.
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，自动化或电气专业，具有三年以上相关工作经验，熟练的英文口语交流能力；
2.熟悉伺服、步进电机、变频器等相关驱动装置选型和使用控制；
3.能熟练应用三菱、西门子，欧姆龙等主流PLC；熟练运用MES系统；
4.熟练运用AUTO CAD，Altium Designerr ，Eplan等绘制电气控制图纸；
5.对基础机械方面知识有一定了解；
6.了解各类常见的工业总线（DeviceNet,CANopen,Modbus等）；
7.对高级语言（VC,VB,C#等）编程具有一定了解，有项目经验者优先；
8.能够配合公司出差、加班 举报 分享
