配色工程师

职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:

Apply technical colour and pigment knowledge to obtain customer colour approvals and quality in plant standards, through efficient staff management and precision colour judgement. High level of customer interface and working relationships necessary in order to build on CGT's reputation as industry leaders in colour. To plan, direct and control the colour services team to produce the highest quality, lowest cost colour matches, submissions, formulations for inks, TF's for printers, consistent with customer quality standards and delivery schedules. To provide support for manufacturing operations and corporate project teams.
通过有效的员工管理和精确的色彩判断，应用专业的色彩和着色知识来获得客户对颜色的批准以及对工厂质量标准的要求。为了打造加通在色彩行业领导者的声誉，高水平的客户接洽和工作关系是必需的。策划、指导及管理色彩服务团队，为调配出高质量、低成本、颜色匹配的油墨及表面处理剂；保证客户的质量标准和交货时间；给生产及项目团队提供支持。

首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
- Approve, and review colour matches for suitability as production standards to ensure quality, productivity and reduce proofing time.
审核、复审颜色匹配的适合性，用来作为生产标准，以确保质量、生产率和减少试单时间。
- Plan, develop, and implement colour methods, processes, equipment and materials to control quality and ensure quality system compliance.
策划、开发和实施配色的方法、工艺、设备和材料，来控制质量和确保质量体系的贯彻。
- Maintain accurate records, files to ensure timely colour approvals.
保持精确的记录和文件，确保及时的颜色批准。
- Maintenance and upkeep of colour computers and files to maintain colour computer service for the lines & labs.
维护和保养配色电脑和文档，以便持续为生产线和实验室提供电脑配色服务。
- Approve production lots for colour to be used as standards to give Printing & Embossing a visually comparable sample to check against for colour.
批准批量生产的颜色以作为标准，给印刷压花提供一个直观的、可比较的样本来核对颜色。

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 5 years relevant working experience
- 五年以上相关工作经验。
- College degree with major in Chemical Engineering related
- 大专以上化学相关专业教育背景。
- Sensitive to Color
- 灵敏的颜色判断能力
- Basic English reading and writing ,daily communication
- 简单英文读写和日常交流
- Good teamwork
