职位描述
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1. State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.
- Handle order processing
- Coordinate with DC and Plant to ensure that the delivery date meets promise & request
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Limit yourself to 8-12 statements)
2. List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.
- Manage customer requests/orders via telephone and fax, email.
- Perform sales order management in SAP environments.
- Ensure Sale Orders are channeled to appropriate sources accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up delivery schedule; Coordinate with DC and Plant to ensure that the delivery date meets promise & request.
- Proactive coordinate with other departments like finance team, Logistic team to ensure the smooth order fulfillment, including system order processing, customer credit control, logistics arrangement, etc.
- Manage/handle customer inquiries and complains, including product return or replacement.
- Work proactively with customer & Sales on converting backlogs to Sales
- Prepare relative reports and do documents filing if needed.
- Follow up the working procedures and make sure all operations meet Legal, KPI, SOX requirements.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales Support, Supply Chain Management / International Trade or related areas.
- 3 + years experience in Sales support, Supply Chain / Logistics field.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and patient during business-to-business transactions.
- Computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office and literacy with the Internet, and better prefer if have SAP experience.
- Possess initiative, drive, and discipline and can work independently.
- A good team player with excellent organization and coordination skills.
- Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work hard and face challenge
