职位描述：
This position is responsible for the following key activities:
- Supplier Development [new and actual]
- Ensure robust material quality through solid material qualification process
- Drive and improve supplier performance [Quality Incident, Supplier DPPM, etc
Main Responsibility:
1.Supplier Development:
-Category management – Work with and support Procurement’s strategy in establishing supply base that is capable to meet the requirement from various BU across entire company
-New Product Development – Early involvement to support the activities that are related to supplier and material
-Engineering change – Involve, review and approve supplier and material related change
-On site audit – risk assessments to new and current suppliers; work with supplier to develop capable and stable manufacturing processes
-Critical risk supplier – identify worst performed supplier, work with the affected supplier to develop and implement “get-well” plan, until supplier improve the performance
-Supplier engagement – develop and build good relationship with supplier
2.Robust Material Qualification:
-Establish robust material qualification process [e.g.; PPAP] to ensure all materials are properly qualified before release for production – New material and engineering change
-Material Qualification / PPAP review and approval
-Support customer PPAP request
-Timely completion and submission
3.SDE metrics [Quality Incident; Supplier DPPM; Audit Schedule Hit Rate; Audit Average Score]
-Track metric performance
-Perform data / trend analysis – deep dive to identify root cause, source of issue and improvement opportunity
-Work with supplier and internal cross function teams to drive and implement improvement actions
4.Supplier quality and supplier performance management
-Support and work with plant SQE in ensuring consistent material quality supply to operations
-Support plant SQE on supplier and material issue escalation
-Work with Procurement on supplier score card monitoring

Requirement:
1.Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Supplier Quality / Supplier Development
2.Experience in Semiconductor industry is required
3.Experience with TS 16949 and familiar with 5 core tools --FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA
4.Knowledge to VDA 6.3 auditing is a must
5.Ability to analyze
6.Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
7.Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary

10.Good communication skills both written and oral

力特半导体（无锡）有限公司成立于2002年，位于无锡新区空港产业园。公司主要产品为瞬态电压抑制二极管(TVS DIVODES)和闸流体(SIDACtor THYRISTOR)等超压保护器件。2006年5月，由于康可公司在业界的杰出表现，被力特公司并购, 并于2007年在无锡新建晶圆厂。公司于2013年正式改名为力特半导体（无锡）有限公司。
