职位描述：

Job Summary : Handle customer complaint; coordinate with manufacture for corrective action report, in-bund quality control, ISO coordination, FAI management;provide engineering support for customer and distributor custom application, R&D account explore, follow up custom parts project

Job Responsibilities:

§ Review and handle customer complaint, initially verify complaint valid or not.

§ For valid complaint that coordinating with manufacture for corrective action report.

§ For pending case that communicating with manufacture and customer for detail information includes sample and application.

§ Perform necessary containment action locally in the in-bund stock includes quarantine, sorting, replacement, scrap, etc.

§ Take leadership on annual ISO auditing includes internal audit, documents update, etc.

§ Leading non-PEM products FAI processing, submit, filing.

§ For custom item design in provide engineering support to customer and distributor.

§ Custom parts pricing, drawing, sample follow up.

§ Custom parts database and project management.

§ Win/lose summarize.

§ Response to technical support message for respective region.

§ Visit and explore R&D accounts.

§ Monthly report.

• Job Requirements:
  
  · College graduate with Engineering and Mechanical design background is preferred.
  · above 3 year working experience either in Quality / engineering /R&D department of electronic and mechanical industry is an advantage.
  · Be familiar with PC software
• Good command of English with CET 6.
  Application knowledge of Auto CAD is an advantage.
  Be active and cooperative to learn new things.
