Duties:
1. Primary interface with internal key business user for business requirement and gap analysis;
2. Day-to-day Internal Key Application/System/Operation Support for business user;
3. Customer service management;
4. IT Training to end user for new features or enhancement of IT;
5. Document application guideline and update regularly.
6. Reporting and analyzing application performance.
Requirement:
1.Have a good foundation of IT knowledge;
2.Able to work with business client for meeting the business needs;
3.Understand application flow and change management;
4.Problem solving—identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
5.Customer Service—manages difficult customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs and collect customer feedback to improve service.
6.Ability to work independently and as a team member.
7.Good documentation skill; Experience on reporting and analyzing.
8.Good oral and written skills focusing in technical / instruction-oriented communications.
Other Qualification:
1.University graduated with a minimum 3 years overall work experience with one year experience as team leader
2.Proven solutions technical background with experience in software rollout and application support
3.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across all functions within the company nationally and internationally
4.Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis
5.Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
6.Self-motivated and ability to under pressure
7.Fluent in English, Chinese mandarin and Cantonese
