Responsibilities:
1. Work with technical team to implement IT service management (ITSM) solutions according to customers' requirements.
2. Finalize the design documents by effectively communicating with technology architect.
3. Responsible for implementation, integrations, unit testing, defect fix and deployment of ITIL software products.
4. Solve tough technical issues.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or Computer-related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years software development relevant work experience.
3. Proficient in at least one programming platform or language like Java / JavaScript / PHP /.NET etc.
4. Working knowledge of popular databases such as MySQL, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
5. Working knowledge of workflow design and implementation, better to have working experience with ITIL processes.
6. Knowledge of web services (SOAP and RESTful), XML and JSON.
7. Knowledge of protocols TCP, http, https, LDAP etc.
8. Knowledge on reporting design, better to have experience with reporting tool like BO Crystal Report, Jasper, BIRT etc.
9. Strong problem analyzing and solving capability.
10. Good spoken and written English (CET 4 or above).
11. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
