主要职责：

? 为亿滋饼干品类节省开支、简化流程，加快市场通路进程（如：精简供应商团队）

候选人要求：
? 精通研发工艺，熟悉研发团队
? 在研发团队有相关技术专长
? 熟知食品品类的生产技术（如：饼干、巧克力、口香糖、糖果、冲剂饮料等），有饼干相关经验优先

Responsibilities:
CREW is an enterprise-wide initiative that will utilize global Tower Sourcing Teams (TST) and cross-functional enterprise-wide collaboration to improve margins, simplify what we buy and achieve best-in-class People and Processes
? The person will be expected to play a key role in the building the funnel that creates the productivity pipeline
? CREW is stands for Collaborating and Rationalizing for Enterprise Wins
The Goal of CREW is to have a simplified portfolio for speed to market
? bring innovation in through stronger relationships with fewer suppliers
? leverage our scale with simplified materials from strategic suppliers
The role will be to support as a local R&D Representative into CREW towers, specifically Cocoa, Sugar, Fats/Oils, Grain and Dairy
? To work cross functionally and cross category to support specific project tracks that will deliver harmonization, simplification and productivity savings. As part of supporting tracks the role will require the person to apply the CREW tracks to China and the region more widely as required
? The person will work closely with regional category productivity & NPD teams reporting to the Senior CREW Manager to develop specific projects and implement proof of principle work that will ultimately deliver savings into the specific CREW towers
? The role will require the individual to work not only in biscuits but cross category hence he/she must develop a deep understanding of each category and the technologies therein used. Using that knowledge to further help identify and build a productivity funnel consistent with the CREW Principals & Procurement spend area leads

Requirements:
? Robust understanding of the Methods for Process Development and R&D
? Sound financial acumen
? Technical expertise in at least one relevant technology area
? Knowledge in at least one of the following: biscuits, chocolate, gum & candy, meals, powdered beverage product development
? Knowledge of biscuit product development would be an advantage
? BS/MS/PhD in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related fields
? More than 1 year developing biscuit or chocolate and/or any food products
? Fresh PhD candidates with Food Science background and with strong technical passion and an eagerness to learn proactively, may also apply
