职位描述：
1. 负责新项目功能测试治具控制电路板软硬件设计制作以及技术问题攻关；
2. 负责新项目测试治具的申请、验收、组装及调试，并创建测试系统资料文件，同时跟进项目开发进度，确保项目能够按照计划如期完成；
3. 主导新项目测试资料制作，以及对测试技术部人员培训；
4. 负责新项目测试设备问题点的反馈及解决，确保新项目测试治具顺利经过评审验收合格交付给测试技术部；
5. 负责新产品的试产测试，并对测试问题点进行反馈及解决；
6. 负责新旧项目设计问题对策及持续改善，参加设计问题点改善对策会议；
7. 负责新旧项目测试问题中产品不良原因的电路分析，提供解决方案或改善对策；
8. 协助测试技术部处理产线测试技术问题；
9. 测试文件资料归档检查及各项工作计划制定及跟进解决；
10. 服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他工作。
1. Implement the design and fabrication of test control board for new test equipment, research and solve the technical problem；
2. Implement the application, inspection，assembling and debugging of new test fixture and establishment of the relevant test documents，follow up the new test project progress to ensure the new test equipment can be taken over to production on time.
3. Lead test engineer to establish the relevant test documents (report, drawing, list...), implement the training of colleague of TE department.
4 .Feed back and solve new test equipment problem, to ensure new test equipment can be smoothly qualified to be taken over to TE department.
5. Follow up the test process of new project pilot production,feed back and solve the relevant test problem.
6. Solve the hardware design problem of test equipment and continuously improve, participate in the test improvement meeting.
7. Implement the circuit analysis of product failure due to test issue and provide the solution.
8. Assist TE department to solve the test problem in production line.
9. Check test documents archiving, make and perform the relevant work plan.
10.Subordinated to job arrangement and finish other assigned jobs.
任职资格：
1． 电子相关专业毕业，熟悉Microchip及STM32单片机和Lattice FPGA编程及电路板Layout，具有2年以上自动化测试硬件开发经验，并且能够独立完成整个测试硬件的设计及制作，同时能够快速掌握现有测试设备硬件的功能原理；
2． 熟悉测试控制电路板的设计及制作，以及各类测量电路设计，如A/D转换IC原理，I2C及SPI等串行通行协议，；
3． 有良好的电路理论基础，能对电路进行系统分析寻找测试异常问题点；
4． 善于进行实验调试，寻找方案解决自动化测试的技术问题；
5． 熟悉GR&R、CPK测试统计分析方法使用以及相应软件工具使用；
6． 能够使用LabView软件优先考虑；
7． 沟通能力良好，人品正直，执行力强，学习能力强，能够适应一定的工作压力；
8． 英文读写熟练，能够与客户进行邮件沟通以及制作有关测试报告；
1. Be graduated in related electronics major and familar with Microchip and STM32 MCU and Lattice FPGA appilication and PCB layout, more than 2 years experience in automatic test hardware development, be able to indepently complete the entire test hardware design and fabrication and quickly understand work priciple of the existing test hardware.
2.Be good at the design and fabrication of test control board and the design of general measurement circuit,such as theory of A/D convertor, protocol of I2C and SPI communication.
3. Good knowledge in electronic circuit,be able to find out the root cause of test issue through electronic circuit analysis.
4. Be good at making experiment to search for the solution for techincal issue about automatic test.
5. Be familiar with GR&R, CPK test statistical analysis method and relevant software or tool application.
6. Knowleage of LabView application is prefered.
7. Good communication skill, intergrity, strong execution, good learning ablilty, be able to work under pressure.
