职责:

1. 负责口香糖品类的物料（原材料和包装材料）供应调拨计划

2. 负责成品在各仓的调拨

3. 参与新项目，负责物料计划调拨方面的支持工作

4. 与工厂和供应商进行有效及时的沟通

要求：

1. 教育背景：本科或以上学历；

2. 经验要求：3年以上物料计划相关经验，快消行业背景以及与国外工厂合作经验的优先考虑

3. 技能要求：

• 良好的沟通能力，解决问题的能力和时间管理的能力

• 熟练使用系统，如SAP

1. 语言要求：英文流利，能用英文召开工作会议

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperating with the supply planning of theGum factories in his/her respective country/area together with co-manufacturingand co-packing facilities.

2. Providing the inputs to the Hub SupplyReviews.

3. Preparing and responsible for the supplyplanning of NPD and supply chain reconfiguration projects.

4. Executing inventory management for FinishedGoods, against these targets for the assigned hub.

5. Cooperating with the deployment planning forthe categories to support the continuous replenishment system.

6. Supporting supply planning manager andproviding critical inputs in improving service level and cost saving for thecategory.

7. Building a strong and effective relationshipwith the Manufacturing Site, CS&L team, BD team to ensure sustained andreliable product supply amidst NPD launches, supply chain reinvention andmulti-faceted changes happening in the country

8. Taking the key role in supply planning teamand training the new team members

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Engineering, LogisticsManagement or a related discipline

2. Minimum of 3+years of experience in RPMinventory management, FMCG and factory-based is preferred;

3. Strong sizable knowledge of RPM inventorymanagement techniques, capacity management practices

4. Strong understanding of cost drivers alongtotal Supply Chain

5. Good problem solving skills, good analyticaland financial planning skills, process and Time Management

6. Experienced in System and Tools(e.g. SAP)

7. Fluent English, both oral and written
